1. Our office is operated on an appointment basis. If an emergency should arrive we will do our absolute best to place you within 24 working hours while at the same time respecting the schedules of our other clients.

2. Please arrive on time for your appointment as we try to stay on schedule. We realize that everyone has schedules and we try our best not to keep you waiting. If for some reason we are more than twenty minutes late, you will be immediately notified and offered alternatives.

3. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance in which case no charge will be brought to your account. A missed appointment is subject to a $50.00 fee.

4. We will try our best to schedule your appointments at a time most suitable for you. However, it is best to treat children early in the morning, they are more receptive to treatments because they are well rested. As for orthodontic patients, they prefer scheduling appointments after school, but we must be fair and give turns in that limited time slot.

5. Our fees are based on the New Brunswick Dental Association fee guide. Therefore, we offer a 10% reduction to our senior citizens and post secondary students who do not have any dental insurance.
